Occupancy Standards:  Two person maximum per bedroom

Age Requirement:  Lease holders must be 18 year old or older.  Each adult must complete a separate rental application along with a photo ID.

Credit Requirement:  A $35 non-refundable application fee must be submitted for each applicant over 18.  A National credit, criminal and residential history report will be pulled and reviewed.

Residency:  Up to two years residency history will be reviewed and must exhibit no derogatory references regarding payments, housekeeping or property maintenance.  Any debt owed to a previous Landlord must be paid before the Lease can be approved.

Income Requirement:  The gross monthly income of all Lease holders will be considered jointly and must equal 3 times or more of the monthly rent.  All income must be verifiable with  documentation such as pay check stubs. 

Pets:  All pets must be pre-approved and are are subject to the property policy.

Insurance:  Renter's Insurance is a requirement for each property.
